These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and activities offered by Tour Guide Ceylon, based in Kitulgala, Sri Lanka.
1. Services Provided
We offer guided tours and adventure experiences including:
- White water rafting
- Canyoning
- Zip lining
- Waterfall abseiling
- Jungle trekking
- Bird watching
- Cave exploration
2. Payments
- Payments are currently collected in person.
- Online payment options may be added in the future.
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
3. Age Requirements
- Some activities are suitable for participants aged 4 and above.
- More intense adventures may require a minimum age of 12.
- Parental consent is required for minors.
4. Safety and Conduct
- All activities are conducted using international-standard equipment and guided by IRF-certified and insured professionals.
- Your safety is our top priority.
- Participants must follow the instructions of the guide at all times.
5. Service Location
Currently, all tours and services are conducted exclusively in Kitulgala, Sri Lanka.
6. Booking and Cancellation
- Advance booking is required.
- Cancellations made by the customer will not be eligible for a refund of the advance.
- In the event of weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to reschedule activities.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services means you accept any updated policies.
